Kampinski Real Estate is a boutique business located in 25 Rothschild Blvd. Tel Aviv, specializing in advice, marketing and sale of unique, luxurious properties throughout Tel Aviv. Kampinski Real Estate was founded by Ze’evi Kampinski, aged 44, married with three children, who has lived in the heart of the city for the past 25 years.

Ze’evi, who holds a real estate license from the Ministry of Justice, has in the last decade achieved a well-known reputation in the marketing and sale of luxury properties, while matching them to the needs of the clients. The combination of an authentic love of Tel Aviv and life there, excellent inter-personal relations and an extensive knowledge of the quality real estate market in the city, has resulted in many successful deals.

Honesty – transparency, reliability and truthfulness amongst all the parties is a fertile ground for a transaction to grow. My vast experience has taught me that when a client gets real-time optimal information, it leads to a more productive and beneficial decision making. My working assumption is that all the parties share a single goal: we all aspire to make the best decision for us, in the best terms. Therefore, I work in an open, direct manner, collaborating as much as possible with all the parties in the transaction, while being completely loyal to our joint goal.

Professional – highest level of professionalism is what allows me to know at any given time what the Tel-Aviv real-estate market has to offer, as well as the ability to predict and estimate future trends. These tools are the basis to finding the perfect and most adequate property for each client; to locating just the right buyer for a property which is to be sold, and to accompany my clients until the transaction is complete.

When potential buyers approach me, I show them around the properties which I market exclusively.  Given that I am in constant touch with selected real-estate firms in town, I have vast knowledge of all properties on market, and therefore can cater to each client’s specific needs.

My years of experience help my clients save time. Time is money in our world, ergo my working methods prevent my client from running around between different realtors. I dedicate much time and thought to the initial sorting process:  a client who walks in can present me his needs and I can assist him to focus his efforts only on appropriate properties, sparing him the leg-work and possible disappointments. On the other hand, a person who wishes to sell a property will not have to deal with irrelevant applicants, thus saving time and energy.

Success stems from focusing on appropriate properties and saving time, by having an initial introductory meeting with the client before going on site de facto. This meeting allows me to provide my clients with a concise explanation regarding location, prices and possibilities; as well as insights into their desires, preferences, limitations, time-tables and budgets.  This meeting saves time in the further along the road, thus spearing them a long and tedious search.

I accompany my clients personally until I find the best property for them, during negotiations, while formulating the terms of the transaction, providing any professional assistance necessary until the contract is ready and signed.
